coaching, Diane's numerous licensed programs move individuals from complacency
to leadership and are now implemented by organizations of all sizes. Prior
to launching Davies & Associates in 1991, Diane worked as an in-house
corporate, and later as a Bay Street consultant in organizational management.

Russ has over 20 years of experience as a coach, corporate executive,
and business leader in a variety of positions from sales and operations
management through to the National Manager of Training with Sears Canada
Inc. A long-time proponent of Accelerated Learning principles and practices,
his interests lie in leadership and communication with an emphasis on

work, learning, and information systems, Alex has consulted with companies
as diverse as the City of Toronto and Shell Canada. Co-founder of the
global think tank Digital 4Sight, he has co-authored two books: Digital
Capital: Harnessing the Power of Business Webs and The Power of
the 2 x 2 Matrix, a problem-solving handbook for executives and consultants.

Valerie MacLeod (MBA, University of Calgary) is a specialist in transition
and change management. She has over 20 years experience consulting and
working for a variety of governmental and business clients, such as the
Government of Saskatchewan and Amoco/BP. The author of several articles
about surviving and thriving during change, her facilitated interventions
help business leaders improve their strategic management, teamwork, and
communication skills. Valerie's most recent book is called Get Me Off
the Treadmill.
